IIRC Amazon charged me once it shipped. Not sure how other websites handle that.
Curious about the All Access option. If I could do that and put more money towards a TV..
If you use a card, they don't charge you until it ships. If you use Xbox credit it'll go ahead and charge you for it, if you have the full amount available.
