Optics. They now have the most powerful and least expensive next gen console. There is a segment of people that will see 300 and go for it. You also have to remember the state of the economy.
It has the same processor as the Series X at the same clock speeds. It has the same generation GPU @ reduced specs because it's not for 4K also because of that it doesn't need as much RAM.
It's not an Xbox One X souped up at all. It's a bit reduced GPU Xbox Series X.

what are you asking here ? depends on what you're looking for....series X obviously more powerful....if u dont care about all the bells and whistles and wanma save money get the series S
