The answer is no because any developer that creates games exclusively for series x won't have titles on previous xbox systems. That's the only reason you would dub somebody series x developers. Most developers develop for multiple platforms

That's irrelevant and not true. Everyone notice Apple and Microsoft skipped the number 9 but nobody care. It was always the first thing mention when the coverage of Windows 10 and the iPhone X dropped. Honestly, I don't think anyone would care if they skip 4 and call it the Xbox 5.
