So basically Gayle King lol
No... She has proven to be unrealiable as well.
He needs Oprah herself.
So basically Gayle King lol
I'm puzzled as to how people reached the conclusion that Red Table Talk has hurt the Smith family. It has been an incredible success and a masterclass in transparency and vulnerability.
You are right it hasn't hurt the Smith family, but it has sure hurt Will Smith.I'm puzzled as to how people reached the conclusion that Red Table Talk has hurt the Smith family. It has been an incredible success and a masterclass in transparency and vulnerability.
One word
Entanglement

You are a retard.
I disagree with you completely on that point.I think people's second hand embarrassment for Will are coloring their opinions.
Fact of the matter is, the relationship happened, August Alsina brought it to the public stage and the Smith family didn't duck or dodge it, they addressed it head on. How the world feels about what went on in their private lives is up to them. I commend them on being brave enough to share instead of pretending like it didn't happen.
They've cultivated an amazing platform and when this Oscars situation is addressed, I don't think the end game will be to save his image, it will be an honest discussion with Will about his decisions on that night
Jada should have denied, but he was too close to the familyI disagree with you completely on that point.
There are places to discuss that - marriage counsellors or therapists. The red table talk was an attempt at damage control that made Will look like a man who has no control in his house, and based on his Oscar reaction, the 'honest discussions' did little to help him.
August made accusations. The Smiths chose to get in front of it instead of healing there family. The rest is history.
I know this is TLR but I'm in this thread to have serious discourse.

Probably JadaDoesn't matter. They could have had no comment. Eventually something else comes up and grabs people's attention.
It would be interesting to find out who pushed the idea of the Red Table Talk.
