Keep believing you are just a slave when information like this is everywhere: Queen Khalifa (aka Califia/Calafia) the Black Empress of California | Rasta Livewire

California, the land of the ever-living Muurish Empress Calafia/Califia. Calafia was the title of each empress. California was her land. She was known to be black of skin, of the muurish nationality, and ruled over Islands and Islands of black people, from California, Baja, to Hawaii.

A muurish Island, ruled by women. It was first mentioned in the records of the western European christians in the seventh century, and retold “The Song of Roland” where a passing mention of a place called Califerne, was made perhaps because it was the caliph’s domain. See (Putnam, Ruth (1917). Herbert Ingram Priestley. ed. California: the name. Berkeley: University of California)

Spanish conquistadors told stories about a mystical black muurish queen that ruled a State of California, situated in the same location as the present day California. The modern state of State California continues the legacy and the memory of this great black Queendom and its Queens.

So there you have it. California is named after a Moorish/Black Queen that according to Spanish conquistadors ruled from California to Hawaii.

Just use ya'lls brains. Black people were the first to every continent. And we still have black presences everywhere globally. There are black people native to Asia that still live there. There are black people native to Australia still there. There are black people native to nearly every island in the Pacific. Why would it be hard to believe that black people were also native to the Americas? If we could make it to every other continent and island on Earth, why wouldn't we have made it to America as well?

This idea that we are all just slaves from Africa is the biggest myth going right now. Black people are native to the Americas. And most of us are descended not from African slaves but from Black Peoples native to the American continent or Black People that migrated willingly from West Africa to the Americas before Columbus or any other white man knew the Americas existed. Remember we were the first to reach America.

"California was the name given to a mythical island populated only by Black Amazon warriors who used gold tools and weapons in the popular early 16th-century romance novel Las Sergas de Esplandián (The Adventures of Esplandián) by Spanish author Garci Rodríguez de Montalvo. This popular Spanish novel was printed in several editions with the earliest surviving edition published about 1510."

And most of us are descended not from African slaves but from Black Peoples native to the American continent or Black People that migrated willingly from West Africa

You absolutely have no proof of any this, and the only proof you mentioned came from a fictional romance novel.

I asked you this before and I will ask you again, why are you so adamant in spreading misinformation in this forum?

Seriously how can he be allowed to say shyt like this and not get immediately banned?!!

I can't believe people still believe this slavery myth. Bruh. That amount of enslaved black people was minuscule.

It's one thing to claim that there was black people in America before Columbus, its completely different thing to say that the atlantic slave trade was a myth and amounts of enslaved black people was miniscule.

It's really beyond disgusting to downplay or deny the horrors of slavery our ancestors went through and there is really no reasons why mods shouldn't permanently ban this troll.

He has a point, maybe he didn't express it very well but he does have a point.

For example, here is an original representation of Mary mother of Jesus. It is at the chapel of the 15th century fort Château d'Anjony in France.

Anjony, France

What happened? Why did images of the Madonna change from the original one to this?

White supremacy is perversive. Don't dismiss the brother too quickly. He has a point to make.

No he absolutely doesn't have a point. And when it comes to slavery in America you don't have to take from white people but you can take it from black people who actually lived through it, they talked and wrote about it, documented it and there was even recording where they talk about their experience. And none of them said that the enslavement of black people was miniscule or that the Atlantic slave trade was a myth like @Swagnificent claimed.

Slaves in their own words: Recordings of a lost world

So do we believe those black people or are they lying too?

Exactly. At first I thought he was trolling in the Nasa threads but now I agree I think he is purposefully spreading false info. What he is saying now is also deeply offensive and he shouldn't be allowed to troll subjects like this, especially during black history month. Very disappointing.

Most black people in America are native to America and descended from Africans who were here in America before Columbus or any other cac.

Just look at how the "Indians" of California were portrayed:

snjose-05-Ohlone-indians-dancing.jpg

Those are black people. Also the state of CALIFORNIA is named after a black African queen named "Califa". Read up on it. All this knowledge is easily accessible and out there. But cacs say lies in the history books and we just believe it.
Half your quote makes sense...the other half is bullshyt

That's not what I meant. We just have to be skeptical about narratives veiled in white supremacy.

For example, look at three different portraits of 16th century British Queen Charlotte after whom Charlotte, NC is named....

OU_SJNC_PD05.jpg

Johann_Georg_Ziesenis_-_Queen_Charlotte_when_Princess%2C_Royal_Collection.jpg

Now, two of these paintings were done when the Queen was alive and one was done after she died.

Why would people go out of their way to fake history?

in his own way, OP has a point. We must always be skeptical and suspicious of the narratives fed to us by white supremacy.

Are you saying the paintings of her when she was alive depicts a black woman?

There is nothing to be skeptical about when it comes to the Atlantic slave trade, it happened and it wasn't myth like Swagnificent claimed nor was it miniscule.

And I don't know what that ugly painting of white woman have to do with anything.
