Today we have a small spoilery treat for you. We have a little information on a couple scenes for episode 15. Now there are a lot of pieces missing to this puzzle so some of the characters' motivations and missions are very unclear at this time. So for now we will just have to fill in those holes with speculation.
Daryl is out in the woods searching for Dwight. He's very angry and assumedly feeling guilty. As he hears footsteps approaching, he shoots his crossbow. A bolt comes inches away from hitting Rosita in the head. As she reprimands him, Glenn, and Michonne are also revealed. A very angry Daryl tells the others they shouldn't be there. Michonne states that he should have never left. Daryl starts to bitterly reminisce about the time (back in episode 6) when Dwight tied him up, and pulled a gun on him, yet he still tried to help him despite this. Daryl seems to regret his past decision to help Dwight.
Glenn asks Daryl if he thinks it's his fault. Daryl agrees and adds, "I'm gonna do what I should have done. For her." (Note: We DONT know who "her" is, but we can speculate.) Glenn tells him that "She's gone" and that he's doing this for himself. Disgruntled Daryl says he doesn't give a shyt continues shuffling through the woods. Glenn tries having a heart to heart conversation with Daryl, desperately trying to get him to listen. Michonne also tries to talk Daryl into coming home so they can regroup and come up with a plan. Daryl starts to ease up, acknowledging Michonne and Glenn are right.
Later in the episode, Glenn and Michonne are tied up and gagged by the Saviors. Daryl sneakily approaches along with Rosita and attempts a rescue. Glenn and Michonne try screaming to get Daryl's attention and let him know the Saviors are still there. All of a sudden Dwight calls out to Daryl. Dwight is right behind Daryl with a gun pointed directly at his back. Another Savior has his gun on Rosita. As Daryl turns around, Dwight pulls the trigger. "BANG!" Blood sprays everywhere. This is supposedly the end of the episode.
Now, before anyone goes into cardiac arrest, Daryl did film for episode 16 so it looks like he survives this ordeal. It's possible that he's not even the one who is shot. It could be a bait and switch and someone else could get the bullet. All we know is that it's going to look like Daryl is shot.
In regards to the "She's gone" comment by Glenn... It's possible that he is referencing someone's death. Or it could be something else. We really don't know. The females that were spotted filming for episode 16 were Carol, Sasha, Maggie, and Michonne. So they should be safe at this point in the episode.
Keep in mind since this is from episode 15 these scenes could change before the episode actually airs.
Dont think Daryl gets shot, nor dies as described above
Daryl meets Lucille, if Glenn doesnt
We gotta spoiler spoilers in a spoiler thread?everything else they have posted has been right
edit: nevermind, They never said he got shot or dies...just says what the scene shows
Edit 2: Put your post in a spoiler tag

The black men on the show aren't allowed to have any relationships. Its disgusting.
They didn't let Chonne get with Tyrese or Morgan... instead they put her with Rick
Heath is supposed to be with the doctor, but they turned her gay for Big-Titty Tara.
They completely axed the Tyrese/Carol subplot.
Guess they don't want to muddy their Crush soda sponsorship with african romance.
True, I don't really think its gonna be that violent though.
Just don't see them having Negan off a female in such a violent manner. If they stick to some semblance of Glenn/Lucille, it's gotta be a dude that gets his head bashed in

- Jesus tells the gang about the Hilltop Colony and hopes to establish diplomatic bonds between the communities for trading (he noticed that Alexandria runs low on food, but has a lot of armory). A group heads off with him to check it out. The group includes Rick, Michonne, Glenn, Maggie, Daryl and Abraham. On their way, they notice an overturned car at a gas station or something. Jesus says the car belongs to his community and he wants to check for survivors ("we don't have many fighters"). The others suspect that it might be a trap, check inside the station anyway and pick up 4 people alive and (more or less) well after killing some walkers. One of the saved guys mentions later in the caravan that he's a doctor, specifically a gynecologist after he learns that Maggie is pregnant. Glenn doesn't seem very happy that the guy is possibly about to see his wife's vag
- They arrive at the Hilltop and the saved people help to establish some trust and get them in (the guards only have spears anyway, no guns, or more specifically no bullets left). They bring the gang to their leader Gregory, who immediately turns out to be an arrogant a$$hole who tells the group condescendingly to clean themselves up before they talk. Rick is already sick of him and tells Maggie to take care of the diplomacy. Maggie attempts to make a deal, trading food for armory and medicine, but Gregory isn't having any of it, is condescending again (he repeatedly calls her Natalie), demands that they work for the food and no deal is made.
- Later, another Hilltop group arrives, obviously decimated. Gregory (yes, THAT Gregory) wonders where the rest of the group is. One of them (Ethan) answers that they were killed by Negan and that he was ordered to send a message to save his brother who was captured by the Saviors. He proceeds to stab Gregory. A fight ensues, Rick kills the attacker, Abraham is almost choked to death, everybody calms down again and Gregory is wounded but alive. Jesus explains that the Saviors are a group of violent marauders who regularly demand resources for the community's safety. Daryl mentions that they killed a bunch of the Saviors quite easily, proclaims that Negan is a bluffer and that they will take care of him. Later, Maggie has another talk with the recovering Gregory and turns the tables on him. She professes that her group knows how to deal with guys like the Saviors. She offers to save the captured guy and get rid of the Saviors, but demands half of the Hilltop's resources as a one-off. Gregory has no other choice than to agree.
- There's a subplot involving Abraham throughout the episode where he apparently still struggles with his adrenaline addiction/PTSD/whatever and wonders if it's possible for him to settle down and have a family. He asks Glenn and Maggie, if they think it'll work out with the child (the answer is yes). Also, he obviously wonders which woman is the ideal partner to settle down. The episode begins with him and Sasha returning from patrolling, he's flirting with her, but she tells him that she changed her shift and Eugene will now be his partner
Later he's in bed with Rosita but thinks about Sasha
At the end of the episode, after he was almost choked to death, he apparently comes to the conclusion that settling down and raising a family in this world isn't an option for him
- The episode ends with another demand from Maggie. She demands an ultrasound (they have the devices at Hilltop) and the group looks at the pictures of the unborn child emotionally while driving back to Alexandria.
- Almost no goodies for Richonners after last episode. Rick and Carl have a quick talk about it and Carl's cool with it. They briefly hold hands while driving.
- No sightings of Carol, Morgan, Tara, Eugene, Gabriel or the Alexandrians. Denise has a brief scene with Daryl where she gives him a self-made cake as traveling fare (Daryl: "I hope it tastes better than it looks. It looks like shyt.").I
