It's not irrelevant at all, because by practicing something you can show your understanding of it, this isn't like basketball where physical attributes come into account, this is mental.

You've got to be smoking rocks if you really think my ability to rap has ANY bearing on how wack your boy is. I am not a rapper. I'm comparing K-Whino to other rappers I've heard.

I have a greater understanding and expertise in that area

No you don't. This thread has exposed how smartdumb you are. I analyzed why this dude was trash to a degree you've probably never seen. And I'm yet to get a response to that post.

The joke is - the people you think are sheeple on here clearly understand rap deeper than you do. But your arrogance wont let you see past that.

you made a thread saying lyricism killed Hip Hop though lmao.

And I stand by it. Threads like this prove my point. Modern underground hip hop has been focusing on lames like K-Rino who have no poetic ability and posit themselves as rap saviors, when in fact they're arrogant wack trash flooding the market with generic trash.

K-Rino's actual peers say he is the best rapper lol.

Are you a leader or a follower? Do you really think I give a fukk who cosigns who? My favorite rappers and producers have cosigned some of the wackest people in hip hop history. I simply don't care.

And the hip hop fans that care about that kinda stuff are dudes on a constant search for validation. They need the validation because deep down, they don't know how this shyt works and they need someone to guide them.

BWAHAHAHA "SHOW ME THE AUDIOO" LMAOOOOOOO
:russ: Breh desperately wants to believe that dude was making it up
I didn't say that, I said I wanted to hear the audio. I don't know what he said or not, what I do know is there was fake shyt circulating, some of it did mention Drake actually and others. So unless there is audio it's hard to even verify it. It's not about K-Rino's rap career, did you see who I named? J PRINCE, it's got nothing to do with rap, J Prince tried to sign him, do you even know who J Prince is? Cause if you did it's self explanatory. Plus they are cool, there's mad rappers I know who have people I'm not fans of, I don't necessarily start dissing them either out of respect. There's a Shyne interview where he didn't diss Wayne but you could tell he wasn't really a fan like that, he said "that's my man", similar shyt.
I'm not sure why you keep bringing up "fake shyt circulating" because unless it came from the same person who posted that tweet it's irrelevant. Judging by the tweet, it was clearly based on a 1-on-1 interaction he had with K-Rino. He also believes K-Rino is the best to ever do it, so there is no reason for him to lie on an artist he respects so much.

So your theory is, because K-Rino is so afraid of the Prince family, he told a random fan in a personal conversation that he thinks Drake really has good lyrics. :mjlol:

You coming up with all these fairy tales and have yet to address the possibility that your idol really thinks Drake has good lyrics.

You just posted in this same thread, "lol at you trying to act like you know more than the people I named lol."

Are you trying to act like you know more than K-Rino?

Anyone can say any old shyt on twitter, maybe the person who said it is a Drake fan lol. But it's an irrelevant point, I'm not saying it is or isn't real, I'm saying that if he said that there is a clear valid reason he wouldn't diss him. He's got over 3 known links to people that either manage/ make money/extort from Drake, or have some stake in Drake where he can assist them. shyt isn't that complicated, I've seen K-Rino's list of top rappers and Drake isn't in it so.... good is also hardly incredible exceptional phenomenal level, good implies above average. No, not afraid, because he is cool with them, I don't think he would diss no. I can prove what I'm saying with audio and video, can you? And it goes WAY beyond "good".

I will keep replying in bits, motherfukkers in here are obsessed with me so I have MAD @ lol. Lol at fools making another platinum K-Rino thread on a artist they claim to hate, and so many replies it will take a while to read and get through them all so this will be active for weeks. Each time people try to troll I get messages in all forms thanking me for putting people on, it will be no different this time. So keep talking about K-Rino if you so desire and I will pop in when convenient and reply with the truth. Deprogramming is in commence, for every 20 or so haters, 1 person will get put on, that's cool, I was just talking about a song lol, if people wanna troll and bullshyt that's cool, I will be responding to a lot of ignorance here over the coming weeks.

So let me get this straight... You create a thread talking about one of the most genius songs in hip hop history to invite convo. We give you the convo and you dismiss our points as hatred and essentially imply that we're wasting our time

Are you an attention whore?

I'm new to the Coli world. If that's the case, I'll make sure to ignore your shyt from now on.

No, an argument from authority doesn't necessarily have to deal in empirical fact, but a scenario in which we're dealing with the subjective makes The Drooler09's use of one even more atrocious.

A is an authority on a particular topic
A says something about that topic
A is probably correct

According to him, K-Armadillo is this legendary great emcee because there are reputable hip-hop figures that say he is. That's bad logic, even if we ignore the fact that most reputable hip-hop figures don't even know who K-Marmoset is.

Questlove? is part of one of the GOAT hip-hops groups and he has MC Paul Barman in his top 5 and doesn't like 2Pac. Is "MC Paul Barman is better than 2Pac because Questlove? said so" then a valid argument?

Just because someone with authority and stature in field says something doesn't mean it's true. You see it in sports all the time with ex-athletes saying outlandish shyt, for example. Oscar Robertson said Lebron James is better than Jordan and it's not close.

And anyway, my argument wasn't that K-Wildebeest is a wack rapper so I don't what dude is even bringing up all these rappers that give him props for. I don't think K-Zebra a bad rapper from what I've heard from him. He is just meh. K-Orca doesn't impress me or move me. All I said was the Deprogram song is lame and unimpressive.

And on that note, @desp just pointed out that K-Koala said Drake had really good lyrics. :heh:
I agree that you couldn't just say that DJ Premier thinks K Rino is dope, therefore he is, but to act like its irrelevant is wrong too. It's clearly relevant to the issue - but it doesn't make it a fact.

Basically. I came in a made a post where I basically just said I wasn't feeling the song and wasn't impressed by it and he responded with paragraphs repeatedly telling me I'm stupid and I have a "warped agenda." :heh:

Okay back to the actual song and lets not focus on which rappers thinks K-rino is a dope MC.

@The Ruler 09 , you still havnt addressed @SirBiatch 's main point in this post:
The joke is.. I used to write rhymes like this when I was 15. Particularly after the Matrix came out. But then I realized my flow was garbage and I wasn't saying anything profound.

Songwriting is a skill. Writing rhymes is far more poetry than prose. K-Rino's track is essentially prose spoken out loud. Respectfully, that makes it trash. And it's not even good prose.

Full sentences tend to sound terrible in rap. Especially one right after the other. It kills the intensity of the song.
In addition, this dude starts off several bars in a row using conjunctive adverbs.
"As my thought", "Then I stood", "Then I told"...
Conjunctive adverbs can be clunky. Using them to start a sentence kills the immediacy of what's happening. Instead of saying "then I told him: xyz", just say "xyz" (the actual dialogue). Remove the fluff.

Great rhyming is more about being vivid and having 'darts' of imaginative shyt. Evocative phrases.

Compare how much more fluid this is:

Here come the vultures, the Mobb-laced potent rap shyt
Perhaps, kid, make it happen, start the flipping
You fukking comic, who you kidding?
My nikka's laughing, blood bathin, the world's greatest

In-famous crime-zanous
To interfere would be dangerous
Plane descent, stand clear, save your strength

That stuff is miles ahead of what K-Rino's doing.

Hope that helps.

Ignore his statement about him writing rhymes like this when he was 15 (which you chose to focus on last time), and address the actual point he his arguing. The part that I have underlined.

Is this not true? Is Sirbiatch wrong for saying this? And if he is wrong, please explain why.

If K-rino is such a lyrical genius like you claimed and if this song is some kind of masterpiece.
Shouldn't he be able to word the following sequence better?

They waited for me to respond, still I wasn't moving
They entertained the thought that I had let my tactics break me
They did everything in their power to resuscitate me
One of them read the bible as I laid there idle
And multiple devices were used to check the vitals
They shocked me, medicated me but still wasn't recovering
They worked to bring me back a whole hour but still nothing
Then grateful for my sacrifice and all of my devotion
They drove me 700 miles and placed me in the ocean
I floated out to sea as they cried and started grieving
They stayed the entire evening, said some words before leaving
They travelled home mourning the demise of the doctor
Returned to the facility to empty out their lockers
They came back to the building walked inside and nearly lost it"

For me, I never evaluate hip hop like I would writing in an English class. Doing that is about as far from hip hop as you can get.
Too many conjunctive adverbs? :mjlol:
You listen to the shyt. It's either dope or it isn't. This shyt is dope.
:whoa:I'm not saying this song is above criticism. Criticize all you want. It could be better. It could have been the greatest verse of all time. But agin, it's dope to me

Wack beat, nectarines, excessive conjunctive adverbs (:mjlol:) and all :yeshrug:
