Not unrealistic but it shouldn't be expected - at least not a AAA sized game at that frequency.
AAA is based on cost, we probably should define that. It's absolutely not an unrealistic cadence.
Even when you consider smaller things such as DLC expansions, gass updates, AA games gamepass will always have something
Activision is probably capable of averaging like two games per year.
Bethesda averages around two
Xbox due to sheer size is probably good for 3-4
You looking at 5 being the minimum per year
