This is so comical to me. They built this whole case on Call of Duty and Microsoft effectively shredded that argument. It couldn't be more obvious that there aren't any conditions where Sony says ok we're satisfied we'll step aside. The goal is to derail this thing entirely not have fruitful negotiations that reach a mutual agreement both sides can accept. Obviously they can't come out and say that so they put forth bad faith arguments and pretend like those are their issues.
