@Rhakim I can't say what a person know but we all know from evidence that Military branches have evidence and is aware of UFOs. There seem to be a battle with a new generation of folks who grew up with Ufology compared to older generation who want to keep status quo.

You have to understand government admitting intelligent life in the universe will diminish religion greatly. I believe this is what they are afraid of. Then you add what technology are they using and where they are from why are they here etc.. shyt can be uneasy to the establishment if general population knows.

It just goes to show how are lifeforms is a typical thing in the universe and a fairy tale God didn't make us to be special.

We all can agree is that they don't like us messing with nuclear weapons ever since Japan they been monitoring and shutting down nuclear sites for decades. There is even a story from US military of them shooting down a test nuke.

Military branches have "had evidence and been aware of UFOs" for as long as we've been sending planes into the sky. But all that means is that sometimes they don't understand stuff flying in the air. Is there any evidence anything they've seen is from another planet? Literally no one who is actually involved in government/military has disclosed even a hint of such evidence.

This is nonsensical. That's like saying that discovering the New World would make religion go away. The VAST majority of religious people aren't stressing the existence of potential extraterrestrials at all. Maybe it will make 1% of people lose their faith and another 1% gain faith and the vast majority won't care.

On top of that, hardly anyone in government gives a shyt about religion like that. The idea that the government would make some major decision based on how it would affect people's personal faith is ridiculous. Hell, there are plenty of major countries in Europe and Asia where people already don't have faith. Why are those governments part of the cover-up - because they don't want to hurt the feelings of a few Americans?

I cannot argue with this logic. To date we have not been presented with clear irrefutable images or video that shows the craft being investigated are alien in origin. Still when the first image of a black hole was shown it was a blurry picture. It required confirmation from the entire scientific community before we accepted the magnitude of what that was. All I can say is what is unprecedented now is the scientific community is involved officially for the first time. NASA is now on the record officially. Congress is drafting legislation officially.

I agree it will be slightly interesting for people like me, but massively disappointing for most people in this thread. ALL that will ever come out of any of these investigations are:


1. Turbo versions of Mick West explanations - plausible alternative explanations for interesting visual phenomena that make a lot more sense than aliens.

2. Possible exposure of new drone technology

3. Repeations of the previous "sorry, there's not enough information to know" punting.

Not sure why you ignored this question. You claiming Occam’s razor about UFOs is contrary to what it actually means. You’re hell bent on being a skeptic when the most simplistic answer for these feats of unexplainable technology is that some extraterrestrial being is visiting us.

The only logical explanation that I can think of as to why you are so passionate about disproving aliens is that it would basically debunk the biblical God.

There have been no "feats of unexplainable technology". There has been badly misinterpreted sensor data that has already been debunked in this thread, and the typically unreliable eyewitness claims. I have asked at least three times for anyone here to post ONE proof of advanced technology, and I'm still waiting.

I have NEVER felt that extraterrestrials would debunk a Biblical god. Why would that even be a thing?

i used to wonder about it, but really, religious people will simply incorporate aliens into their faith or call them angels/demons. religious people already face challenges by scientific advances and they tend to just do the "god of the gaps" thing or make arguments from extreme ignorance (if evolution is real, why are there still monkeys?). governments are not worried about that. they may be worried about panic based on fear of alien violence or oppression.

ironically, alien enthusiasts often have a religious passion and logical leap impulse...

at this point in our understanding, time travelers or extra dimensional animals are about as plausible as extraterrestrials, and classified human tech or mistakes in analyzing video are far more plausible than all of those.

how do you debunk someone/something that you do not know? To debunk something would mean you, meaning you specifically, would have an existing conclusion that you overturned due to a new conclusion you found from an experiment.

There are few experiments that you could conceive let alone carry out that would prove either conclusion.

I don't understand how the US Military can hand wave nukes being shut off and taken out.

Or how we don't control our airspace.

If it's our tech than we can take out anyone if we're just shutting off nukes at a distance.

Can you post a single reliable account of this that isn't based on Coast-to-Coast AM and other hearsay sources? Like an actual reliable account of a specific incident where nukes were "shut off and taken out" that has multiple trustworthy witnesses and any sort of actual documentation?

You called me out, I replied immediately, and I'm STILL waiting for you to answer the question.

I've asked at least 3-4 times in this thread what the proof was for "feats of unexplainable technology". And I'm still waiting. All we've gotten so far is supposed eyewitness claims (and you know how unreliable eyewitnesses are) and some badly misinterpreted sensor data that's already been explained.


It's amazing that these things have supposedly been visiting us for 100 years and yet we still don't have ONE proof of inexplicable feats or even a single decent video/photo clear enough to show features.

Meant to relate this UFO/UAP story that happened to me one dark night in NYC. I was driving back from the city over the Brooklyn bridge and I get to the traffic light downtown by the courts and FEMA building and something felt really off. There was a red light at the intersection and suddenly I had a sense of dread and I could tell that I was getting tired. I hate catching the light there because people usually f'ck up if they're in the left lane but really need to go straight and it turns into a whole thing. All of a sudden something catches my eye where it shouldn't be and I see there's a brother in a suit and bow tie walking between the cars towards me swiftly as he closes on me I can see he's holding something in each hand. The brother gets closer and closer and I can finally make out what he's holding in his left hand there is bean pie and in the right an unfurled newspaper with a picture of a flying saucer as the cover story. I promised myself I would share it here if I ever had the opportunity and remembered. I think this was a couple years back now but I'm happy that I remembered.
