I'm not saying we are a simulation but if you think about how we use simulations, why wouldn't we be used the same way by an observer.
The reason we create a simulations is to make predictions about the future or past. If a civilization is advanced enough to get to us they would discover a ready made simulation that they could pop in on at any time in our existence the same way we would fast forward or rewind a simulation. If they can manipulate space to that extent then I believe they can also do it with time. When they first found us, when ever that was or will be they where like "Oh shyt, these fukkers are weird. Lets check out their whole timeline real quick, then we'll let the boys know about it."

It isn't a favorable theory to me either but isn't unfeasible if we're dealing with an intelligence that predates humanity. Perhaps their sense of time is completely different than ours and a thousand years for us is just a brief moment in time for them.

I am kind of leaning toward Jacques Valle theory, in that they have been influencing human culture throughout history. The UFO phenomena may be the same phenomena behind some the numerous "myths and fables" that exist in various human societies. If we go with that theory then they may not be what we'd consider extraterrestrial at all. It could interdimensional or something for which we have no concept of yet.

They can partially get it to develop in a artificial womb. Tests subjects have started to form brains and organs, but don't survive. So it all makes me wonder, could these phenomena actually be observing us because they know what we are.

I think the great part about this is you have a short time span to get major answers. The 2nd public UFO report congress mandated is due by 10/31. Nasa will have a preliminary report early 2023. The national defense authorization act that secures funding annually for military is due to be signed before the end of the year and now includes provisions for whistleblowers and investigation into events since 1947 (Roswell oddly enough). The senate wants public hearings with whistleblowers and that may come as soon as December.

Whatever the outcome is the stage is now set to confront the issue from various angles. Interesting times we are living.

Bob Lazar is one of the most obvious of the fraudsters involved here. He completely fabricated his educational record, his work history, and his scientific claims, and not a single one of the "UFO insiders" who worked for the government has ever co-signed any of Lazar's claims or even agreed that he ever worked in UFO research for the government at all. If any of the stuff he says is true, then why can't they find a single person supporting it who didn't lie about graduating from Caltech and MIT?

I cannot argue with this logic. To date we have not been presented with clear irrefutable images or video that shows the craft being investigated are alien in origin. Still when the first image of a black hole was shown it was a blurry picture. It required confirmation from the entire scientific community before we accepted the magnitude of what that was. All I can say is what is unprecedented now is the scientific community is involved officially for the first time. NASA is now on the record officially. Congress is drafting legislation officially. And to be clear the language they drafted in the national defense authorization act (NDAA) clearly defines uap not as drones, but not human in origin.
