You need stars and be a cool location to draw top FA's, Miami is just a cool location right now. If you think Wade at 35 and an 32 year old Bosh will be stars in 2016, I have beachfront property to sell you in Iowa. KD is not coming here, so the Heat will be left to sign the Mike Conleys or Batums of the world, those players won't turn the Heat back to title contenders.

You're underestimating the impact a 35 year old Wade and 32 year old Bosh can have...

At that age they can still be very productive and aren't expected to be the #1 option. That would be the job of whoever we bring in...

That plus the money will attract ppl

Micky's son is being groomed to take over for him. Zo is the GM in waiting.

Spo came from Riles. Everything is prepared in advance.

Tbh, the problem is that Riles wasn't that great of a coach either. When he had great talent he won, but ppl don't talk about him out coaching ppl...

Same for Spo. I think they're both knowledgeable and great ppl managers. I dunno about Xs and Os.

Look at the ATL coach that came from Pop's lineage..those dudes are X O type niccas cause Pop is

I can't say that about Spo yet cause the years before Bron he over achieved.

With Bron he got to 4 finals

And now without him again we gotta see how it goes.

It's the first time in his coaching career he's 4 gangs under .500
