With Bron he got to 4 finals

And now without him again we gotta see how it goes.

It's the first time in his coaching career he's 4 gangs under .500

Spoelstra is a slightly above average coach who gets his ass handed to him by great coaches. He's also terrible at in game adjustments and out of bounds plays.

Hard to say. He's still relatively young, it all depends on who is on the market at that time.
