I find that if you're not actively looking for it all the time, you barely notice.Got no issue with representation. It's just strange when you watch a show and 90% of the shown relationships are LGBT. Like damn, the pendulum don't have to swing that far.

The same way you watch a show and don't think to yourself "wow that's a lot of straight people." If you stop thinking of it as worth noting you stop noticing itWhat you mean by actively looking for it? You don't have to be looking for something to see people having sex or trying to hook up.

True.People notice things that are outside the norm.
If a movie was set in Atlanta or Jackson Mississippi, and 90% of the people in the movie were white, that shyt would register as strange.
American Gods was trash to me. Show started off promising and then fell off. I wasn't a fan of the book either though. Never understood why it was so highly recommended.I just finished the first 10 episodes and it was a grown up The Never Ending Story to me and that’s a good thing. I’ll watch the bonus episode tonight.
When I first attempted to watch it, I gave up after the first episode because it seemed very melodramatic and I couldn’t immerse myself in the world they were building. I’m glad I gave it another shot and I’m looking forward to season 2.
How would anyone that was a fan of American Gods compare the two shows? I gave up on that one after one episode too. I may reconsider if it’s anywhere near this good.

Definitely pick up the comics if you're looking for more from this universe. LMK if you need a link.
Notice there was a bunch of black women in the show but no black men. Even ol girls fathers never appeared on screen and was a deadbeat.
