This is a ridiculous lie - oil production in the USA has been skyrocketing for the last decade and the last 5 years (4 Trump and 1 Biden) have been the five highest oil production years in USA history. There was a momentary minor drop during 2020 Covid because oil prices crated so much drilling wasn't worth it, but growth upward has been consistent again ever since Biden came into power.

U.S. Field Production of Crude Oil (Thousand Barrels per Day)

Stop watching right-wing media and you might have a chance of aligning your facts with reality.

Being completely enslaved to oil is the issue, USA is by far the #1 oil producer in the world with nearly double anyone else (Saudi Arabia and Russia round out the top 3), but we're so addicted to that shyt that we still need more.
Biden halts oil, gas leases amid legal fight on climate cost

Keystone pipeline officially canceled after Biden revokes key permit

we could be creating more and not importing oil from Russia

Kadyrov is a complete pawn of Putin. He's basically a two-bit ass of a warlord who Putin set in power in order to end the strife in Chechnya. Putin lets him do anything he wants on his soil, so he does anything Putin wants. In some sense he was already a traitor to his people long before this. He would never refuse his daddy.

However, I'm betting that not all of his forces are as loyal to Putin as he is.

Funniest thing about that pic is that Putin is literally something like 5'4" in real life, so he's wearing lifts on his shoes with Kadyrov doing a nice knee and hip bend to make Putin look like the bigger man. And Kadyrov is only 5'6" himself.
Chechnya vs russia wars were something else early 00s
I just assumed they were sworn enemies

I have 5 years in AF Comm, 4 years in Europe. Spent dozens of weekends fighting jealous Europeans for taking they girls and shyt of that nature. There’s just as many people who see you and want to drink and hug all on you and shyt as it is people mean mugging. Way more nice people usually. Hell the Russians I’ve met over there were cool as fukk. There’s a lot of those Slavic type dudes who really fukk with us.

And they biggest group I ever fought in Europe was all Africans for the record

As a man :salute:

I’ve also learned that in the military and later in my corporate career, we tend to get classified in this so called “good ones” group.

War is destructive on many levels, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. With that being said, this war has very little to do or impact on our primary struggle. I don’t think we’d see these same threads or media coverage on any non-black site if this was a Afrocentric event.

That is what often perplexes me, we can be the worlds burden bearers for so much foul shyt and at the same time, feel so bad about the actual karma received by those that would oppress us without a second thought.

Their quick propaganda to counter Chechens seizing all their cache of weapons.

That’s a propaganda account.

They haven’t seized “all of their cache of weapons” or whatever your retarded ass just said. That’s one spot and Ukraine is forming supply lines from all over while Russia hasn’t yet. This was supposed to be over but isn’t and may not be close which is a huge L for the Krispy Kremlin Klan

Only 8% of our oil comes from Russia. The issue isn't how much oil goes directly from Russia to USA, the issue is that USA overconsumption of oil keeps the market price high and thus keeps tons of money in Russian coffers no matter who the Russians sell it to. USA oil production hit historic highs in 2017-2021, yet Russia is still flush in cash.

Keystone pipeline isn't even US production breh, it's a project to pipe extremely dirty Canadian tar sands oil from Canada to the Gulf refineries, leaking all over American communities along the way, and then most of it would just be sent out to export anyway. And even if Biden has approved it that oil wouldn't have started hitting the market until 2024 or later.

And new oil/gas leases take minimum 5-10 years to hit market (if ever), those leases Biden has slow-played this year won't have the slightest effect on our oil supply until 2030s.

The last 100 years of US history proves that no matter how much we produce, our consumption just increases to match demand. No matter how much USA produces the Russians are still going to keep their profits because American oil companies are never going to produce fast enough to sabotage their own profits. If the USA actually started drilling enough to the point that prices dropped, then corporate would just do the same thing they did in 2020 and stop drilling entirely until their profit margins recovered.

NATO nations gassed up Ukraine and acted like they would have thier back. Now they just sit there while they get Deebo'd.

They also have the power to economically cripple Russia, but like Germany, have divided loyalties.

My reaction to the developments has pretty much been

I don't approve of what Russia is doing but at the same time I don't give a fukk. Has Ukraine been a vocal advocate for reparations? No, so they should hold their own nuts.

Surprises me that they can look at Afghanistans clinging to the edge of planes, whilst dogs sat it first class, and think the rest of the world would have their back when push came to shove.

You seem overly invested in Russia winning:patrice::jbhmm:

And why do you care about what I think? Some of you Americans are very silly and disrespectful. I don’t owe you shyt. My beliefs are my beliefs - hang on to yours, lil man.

Also, what has a regular Russian soldier got to do with a Chechen. I don’t see any correlation.

People get captured in wars. American elite special forces were captured in Somalia by villagers with rpgs and AK47. It’s part of war.
