Did the chest and shoulder workout.....pretty good. But it was a one time thing.

I'm sure its a fine workout but I can't concern myself with what juiced up people are doing, my body's physiology is not the same as theirs. I might as well find out what Silverback Gorillas are doing in the jungle to stay so ripped.

the workouts are the same breh....

only thing different is how long they can go...and how heavy

it happens...bunch 250 lb cats throwing each other around....bound to get hurt sooner or later

i have no problem with what6ever hes taking...it still takes a lot of hard work to put on that kind of mass....

if all it took was a shot....a lot more people would be walking around yoked :ehh:

The Rock's been in the gym for over two decades.

Has he probably taken some things over that time? Yeah.

But his physique is about what you'd expect from an ex-DI Football player who's been lifting heavy shyt for 20+ years.

Shyt I've been in the gym for 4 years and I like the progress I've made. Multiply that times 5 and :lupe:

in all seriousness though I have no problem with enhancements. What I have a problem with is people who use enhancements giving advice to natural lifters and being quiet about or lying about their drug abuse. Their bodies literally do not operate like a natural lifter. From nutrient partitioning to protein synthesis and everything in between, they dont play by our rules.

And being an apologist for their 'hard work' isnt really relevant. There was a study thats showed that steroid users doing ZERO lifting put on more muscle mass than a natural lifter doing a weight routine. These dudes can squat to take a shyt and pack on mass.
