I think im gonna skip the next sessions and just run to try and get my endurance up

Remember when dudes clowned meek for that boxing video? He was extra terrible, but a lot of them dudes laughing prolly look worse.... if you never did it you dont realize how much harder it is than it looks

I need to take something to help with this muscle soreness

Yup that's why whenever I see dudes say something I'm like "where your vids at" boxing is something that looks simple but that's because we are watching nikkas who have been doing it since they were kids. Every boxing gym gotta walk in story where someone thought they would come in and give work but end up getting the shyt beat out of em by high school kids. :dead:

I've been doing it on and off for over 10 years and I'm still learning new stuff damn near every time I go. That's part of the reason I went back I got bored lifting n shyt like there is only so much you can learn there but in boxing/martial arts you are always stimulating the mind along with your body.

Part of the reason I made this thread my breh. I'm not really remotely good at boxing, but I can work the bag for 6-9x3 rounds with only taking minor breaks. And dude's have literally no idea how difficult that is :wow:

Plus boxing will teach you within a few weeks how to properly defend yourself without having to use the weaponry.

Part of the reason I made this thread my breh. I'm not really remotely good at boxing, but I can work the bag for 6-9x3 rounds with only taking minor breaks. And dude's have literally no idea how difficult that is :wow:

Plus boxing will teach you within a few weeks how to properly defend yourself without having to use the weaponry.

Also that nervousness/thrill/excitement/:merchant: that I get when I spar is addictive. I don't really spar hard like that but I've always loved to do it even when I wasn't that good n was just get my wig split at first. That feeling of figuring out what you need to do better, working on it and then seeing it work is some :ahh: shyt.

Correct me if I'm wrong breh, you've been playing basketball for most of your adult life? And, stay in shape?
