@Bar None
I believe his post was out of frustration. Obama is a great orator with great style. He fist bumps. He gives daps to KD. He plays basketball. He appeals to a lot of younger voters like Bush appealed to avid hunters and Nascar fans.
Romney isn't swagless. He's just business. I'm sorry but if you post Obama's resume versus Romney's it's laughable.
That's not swag. I never said anything about who is more accomplished. But Romney's accomplishments are largely the result of connections he was born into in the first place.
I always judge someone's starting place when I take into account their accomplishments. It's like why I was telling people last year when that Jeremy Lin shyt was blowing up that 99% of the NBA had a more engaging story to me.
Lin came from an affluent background and the numbers said he would succeed. So much of the NBA come from humble upbringings. LeBron James becoming LeBron James is 10x more incredible than Jeremy Lin becoming Jeremy Lin. Because it was that much easier for LeBron to fail at life period.
So when I look at Romney I see a guy who had every opportunity in life and was just wise enough not to fukk it all up. I see his type all the time at school. they're entitled and have a lack of perspective.
But again, swag is not equivalent to one's accomplishments. Every professor you ever had in college is accomplished and some legendary, and 80% of them had no charisma and couldn't teach but got that job because of their research.
George Bush had 30x more swag than Mitt Romney. Cats are acting like saying someone has no swag = they aren't qualified. Al Gore was swaggerless and he would've been a better president than W.
