so now being worth 250 mil is "swagless?" lol

I guess all he needed was some gold teeth and rims and he'd have your vote all lined up there, huh buddy?

Yo, I don't think you know this but this is the Higher Learning forum and I'm not a fan of this bullshyt you're doing. First and foremost get those ridiculous red herrings out of here. It speaks a lot to your character and background that when someone mentions that an individual lacks any discernible swagger that you jump to racial stereotypes. Then you wonder why people think Republicans are the KKK party, and I don't even subscribe to that logic. But dumb shyt like this is what brings it about.

You can have a billionaire dollars and be swagless. It just means you're a dry and boring individual. Mitt Romney is widely regarded as a robot, why are you out here fronting?

Oh yeah, you have a Hermain avi, let's hope you're not trolling low key :beli:

You have to distinguish anecdote from reality; that is the sign of an intellectual. Stop thinking of your personal experiences are the rule, and start finding out the truth through the facts.

ohhhh but then you aint gave me no facts to go off of breh :shaq2: here go some though:

Estimates put the costs of teacher attrition at $7.3 billion a year. I find it hard to believe that policies geared toward keeping teachers around for only a few years would be good for students, teachers, or public schools. Already %46 of new teachers leave the profession within five years, and now reformers want to make it even less appealing for teachers to make teaching a career. This makes no sense. Whatever money is saved on benefits and higher veteran salaries is lost in recruitment, training, and other expenses associated with high turnover. Turnover is highest at the neediest schools.

Teachers cite lack of planning time, workload, and lack of influence over school policy among other reasons for their decision to leave the profession or transfer schools. Teachers who reported having worked with mentor teachers had increased job satisfaction. Students in poor districts were twice as likely to have inexperienced beginners than they were veteran teachers.

now compare that to finland. another country with teachers unions but an actual value in teachers

Every POTUS since FDR has had "something" about them in some form or another...call it swag or whatever.

With Romney there is absolutely nothing there...fukking hollow, swagless empty suit to the core.
