I meant if everyone of those teams was great like the late 80s early 90s FSU,Miami,bama,ND,USC,scUM and Nebraska was all title contenders between the late 80s and early 90s at that time the causal fan gets bored of the same 2 or 3 teams every year

Mediocre program ND has won 10+ games every year for the last 5 years but ND is mediocre I will be the first one to admit we are not on bama,UGA,Ohio state and Clemson level but we are definitely a tier 2 problem with Oklahoma, Michigan,LSU and Oregon ND need to recruit better at the QB position and recruit better skill players but I will not call a program not won 10+ games almost every year mediocre

That means jack shyt in college football. ND plays scrubs. It's not hard to win 10 games playing the likes of Virginia and whatever the hell USC has been.
