Breh

You two brothers are starting to look pathetic (or maybe it's an alias)

It's deeper than rap breh. I don't need to see videos of Farrakhan talking that talk but he's in pics with Ross & Ye (oh yeah and Kim)

You know he needs those donations from the MCs.. But when you two are ready to move the discussion forward he majority of this thread is ready as well

Whenever I hear people blame shyt, whether it's rap music or videogames, it really highlights their fukkboy level. Hip hop could disappear tomorrow and it wouldn't change a thing. Institutional poverty and racism are the problems. Hip Hop is nothing more than an art form born out of that poverty and struggle.

An art form that glorifies Black death and disrespect of Black women and drug use of Black people. Hip Hop could disappear tomorrow and it wouldn't change the conditions that birthed hip hop, but it would be the death of an art form that rationalizes dysfunctional behaviors in the Black community.

Exactly. @PhonZhi you need to move on. :comeon: You can only go so far with this scapegoat. You're sounding like Cosby now. Want to blame everything else but white supremacy. And you saw how they did Cosby. :francis:

How come you can't take that same view of hip hop?
is hiphop promoted as "fake" like video games and movies are? When actors do interviews for movies or are on the red carpet, are they themselves or the character they play in the movie? Are rappers crucified if its ever found out that they really arent doing the things that they rap about? Have you ever heard a rapper say that his rhymes aren't real and they're just made up for "entertainment" purposes? Movies and video games aren't rooted in authenticism, rap is. Its all about "keeping it real" when it comes to hiphop
