All was perfect in the world (especially in the black community) before Dre dropped the Chronic

But then Dre dropped the chronic

:mjlol:

There was no crime or violence, and everyone was practicing group economics when the Cosby Show was airing and Chuck D, KRS One was spitting that knowledge.

remain ignorant to media propaganda, brehs. Act like its not one of the most effective tools being used against us right now, brehs

Hey brehs ignore how when other racial groups have a negative, violent image in the press or on film or music they don't get assasinated in the street like blacks. and (eminem, white serial killers and terrorist (Timothy McVeigh ) they don't get shytted on and marginilized.

Hip hop isn't to blame, but it is providing a nice distraction from the real problems and the people controlling it do understand that keeping people blind is the way to go. The vast majority of songs are negative in some way shape or form, you think if there was a Public Enemy type group today that was getting the most spins on the radio it wouldn't have some kind of affect on peoples outlooks?

People are stupid and their minds are putty :yeshrug:

Hiphop is entertainment, The point of entertainment is to provide a distractions from the mundane grind of day to day life.

Just like Sports, Video games and Movies

That's not entirely true fam, HS graduation rates and college rates for black males are declining, while increasing for women. So while crimes may be going down, the dumbing down of our youth is definitely taking place.

Even if this was correct (which it isn't) what does this have to with hiphop?

More useless charts and statistics:mjlol:

They are useless stats when they don't fit your agenda.

Like I said the Hitler youth of the coli so indoctrinated.

Lol at a form that promotes hatred, violence, promiscuity, drugs, ignorance and portrays our Queen's as sluts and bytches being positive.

What does this have to do with the thread? Video games promote the same things and no one is blaming it for the ills of society.

You are a dumbs when it comes to arguing.

i dont smoke or drink. Hiphop tells me im a "lame" because of that:mjcry:
And again, why does this topic always make you so furious that you have to name call and throw tantrums like a 2year old.? Ive went back and forth on this very topic many, many, many, many times with cats like @Barnett114 & @Ronnie Lott but we've never not one time disrespected each other or name-called. We disagree and K.I.M like adults:yeshrug:. I think you're the "weak-minded" one

Smoking and Drinking have long been seen as "cool" before rap existed.

psychology? then you should be well aware of "social conditioning" and "media propaganda" and the affects that repeated messages and images can have on ones' mind. Do you not ever go outside? For you to sit here and tell everybody that "rap influences nothing" confirms that you dont.:pachaha:

I still only see two people agreeing with each other and dappig each other @PhonZhi @Truth200

:mjlol:

Still didn't get any direct answers to my questions regarding who runs the labels and whose marketing the content of certain artists (whose content is perceived as destructive)

When you two are ready to discuss reverse engineering
Entertainment across the board (not just hip hop)

This thread will get ten times better

It's literally deeper than Rap
