I had to take off the "DC" part for mine to work. others added "0" or "H" and got it to work too.

make sure you're doing the one on the left of your Vita or the "Serial for Registration #" on your box.

Im try to keep rolling with this 16gb but man it takes a lot of managing.

16gb for Vita to me is like 4gb was for my PSP. I could keep a good rotation but its gets tough as more and more games I want are coming out.
