What are you doing about your anxiety?
I take medication for it and I have regular meetings with my therapist but when it comes to women it's like everything I learned to mitigate my anxiety goes out the window.
Keep taking care of your anxiety, I'm sure in time the tools you have learned will payoff, keep practicing
You can’t. Don’t cold approach until you can send messages through something like POF without being awkward and making a convo flow.
when you get the hang of that and get your Confidence up, only then try cold approaching.
If you try that shyt without confidence, you may be scarred for life and damn near may might catch a charge

Human beings are social creatures. We crave and damn near need love and intimacy. The people you will kill for were there for you at your lowest and you share your highs with them. As an adult hetero male, while you have friends and family you yearn for that intimacy with a woman. At some point in time, most men want to invest this emotional load into a woman or at the very least commit to having a child with her (and the raising of it). If you are 30 years old and have little prospects of neither.... and you can't even fulfil your carnal urges... what do you have in life? If you can't even get laid it says everything about your social position in society. Even if you're high earning, if you can't convert that to genuine female companionship (even if just casual), clearly you're not winning the life thing.
Forget destroying civilisations. It's a recorded fact in the western world that single men 30+ are more dangerous. They take higher risks, get into more violent situations and if that persists - likely to die earlier. It's true of men that have been divorced. Indicating it's not the personality types of being single... it's the being single that makes you more reckless. When you have a woman at home you behave more sensibly because you know you need to be in good health for her.
That's why the escort thing doesn't really help and young people aren't seeking it. It's not just the sex.
A lot of young people lack social skills and have unrealistic expectations about life. Men and women. And that's a big problem.
