The difference is Steph has a super light frame so it's pretty much mental.

With Zion and his large frame/weight, you got added huge problems. Even with a perfect walk, that's just alotta stress and strain carrying all that explosiveness. It's a reason Lebron pays so much attention and money towards his body. Steph is also heavily into sports science.
