They fixed the watch_dogs FPS issues and by they I mean hackers...
The game calls WinVerifyTrust all the time to check if uplay_r1_loader64.dll has been modified, and that slows down the game...
I'm doing 60 FPS now with everything on Ultra, 1080p, VSYNC (enabled through Nvidia control Panel) and MXAA...
You need to download the winverifytrust crack and you're all good...

not dropping below 60 on ultra everything

I might be being an idiot right now, but what do I need rivatuner for? Just installing afterburner seems to work fine with every other 32-bit game.........

damn, wish I could look around and see all that. that's what's missing from the cockpit viewafterburner uses the "riva tuner statistics server" for the OSD (ver 6.1.1.7293)
