Picked it up but accidentally bought the dlc before I bought the game that included all of the dlc.

anyway, I ran the game at 1080p and all graphics maxed out.
I was getting around 20 fps.

this is the first game to completely shyt on my rig.

SSAA x4 is probably what's killing it. Either use 2x or leave it off.

Help me figure out what to buy. I want everything new (including a new case. I am mid tower currently, now I wanna go full tower to support possible 3-way SLI [maybe Obsidian 900D...maybe I will water cool]), x79, 3 780s or two 780tis), but just one SSD harddrive (250-500gb) and no monitors or peripherals (I got monitors for days...)

I'm curious as to what you all would buy.

Get an AMD FX9350 with SLi Radeon 7990's .

To be serious for a moment...I keep hearing that the Phanteks Enthoo Pro is probably the best full tower case you are going to get for about $100.

The one downside is that its brushed plastic that looks aluminum. I don't like spending too much on cases, but you might feel differently about that.

Let me know and then we can move on from there.

Just had a ridiculously DERP moment at GMG. Went there to see how much their Dark Souls 2 was. Saw there was a 25% voucher for it. WEnt to checkout to see the price yada yada, entered my paypal, Hit the okay button, then....."Purchase Confirmed"....

Without even putting the voucher in. I didn't even really wanna get it yet, but I did. Luckily, I contacted GMG about a possible refund. They said they couldn't do that, but they went ahead and credited me the 12.60 from the 25% off to my account.

Not bad when they could have just told me to go fukk myself.

To stay under 3K, I'm going with 2 780s and getting a third at a later date (or just upgrade to 880s). The tis don't warrant the extra money I don't think (after doing some digging)

I really like the Obsidian 900D, I think I'm gonna stick with that.
