I am going to reconfigure your build and save you at least $100...a budget of $600 can build you a solid gaming PC and you don't even need a 750W PSU
First of all, why are you getting a laptop hard drive? Are you planning to dump it into the PS4 after you are done or something?
If not, get this hard drive - $54

I would recommend 1866 memory instead of just 1600 - $79

get this motherboard instead and make sure you enter the promo code - $65

I don't like your case and if you are not 100% sold on it, get this instead because it has solid cable management and comes with 3 fans preinstalled - $60

that PSU you put on there is out of stock at the store they are linking you, so get this one - $100

The DVD Drive is whatever
That total so far is $373 so that leaves a little over $200 for a CPU and then a dedicated graphics card...I am starting to think an AM3+ build will be better for you @ $600. We might be able to clock down that Power Supply to 650W to save some money there so you can get a cheap AMD Quad Core and maybe squeeze a 2GB 7850 in there. Will save money on an AM3+ motherboard as well...I recommend AMD APU for cheaper builds than yours..$600 is starting to head into gamer/performance territory breh.
TBH, I don't think an aftermarket cooler is needed for your needs, but if that's what you want...that is a solid choice. I would save the $30 if I were you. If you DO decide to save the $30 then it might be worth to dump the APU architecture and go with a cheap AMD Quad and a lower end dedicated video card. The choice is yours
Good look breh. But let me ask you this. The cpu you suggested...will that be good enough to keep for awhile to where the only thing I would have to upgrade is the gpu later on if I wanted to? I basically want something to where later on if I wanted a little more gaming power all I would have to do is upgrade the gpu...is that possible? I dont want any bottle neck issues with whatever cpu I roll with.
If that will send me over my right now budget of $600 then I'll probably just dial it back.
