in all fairness though, it does look uncomfortable as shyt tho :dead:

it's not a stool. it's a little adjustable table to put the kb and mouse on. the part of the equation you guys need to realize is fatboi is also using a hdtv and not a monitor. hence the dilemma of how to use a kb and mouse without being at a 'desk'

I had a similar problem. Got my shyt hooked up to my tv and had no desk so was all hunched over my coffee table and it was miserable.i bought one those white foldout tables from Walmart for cheap and it works perfect I can set it up do work have my space and take it down when I need it out the way. I'll post a pic when I get homehome

Brehs...how is this for a build. Mind you I just need something cheap to hold me over for my music production with the option to cop a gpu later if I ever decide to do pc gaming on a next gen console level. I dont wanna go over $600 so if theres a better build I can do that 600 or less that gives me at least a terabyte of hard drive space and 8gigs of ram...let me know.

Note: never built a pc in my life...kind of nervous about fukking things up :lupe:

Do it breh I just built mine and I'm hooked now. If you any questions or need any help let me know. I don't know as much as Alotta other ppl in here but since I just got done building mine I can help you avoid some problems for first time builders. But step one you gotta add some parts to that PC part picker so we can see them :dead:

I am going to reconfigure your build and save you at least $100...a budget of $600 can build you a solid gaming PC and you don't even need a 750W PSU

First of all, why are you getting a laptop hard drive? Are you planning to dump it into the PS4 after you are done or something?

If not, get this hard drive - $54
http://www.goharddrive.com/White-Label-1TB-32MB-Cache-7200RPM-SATA-Hard-Drive-p/g01-0096.htm

I would recommend 1866 memory instead of just 1600 - $79
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231527

get this motherboard instead and make sure you enter the promo code - $65
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128659

I don't like your case and if you are not 100% sold on it, get this instead because it has solid cable management and comes with 3 fans preinstalled - $60
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147060

that PSU you put on there is out of stock at the store they are linking you, so get this one - $100
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182073

The DVD Drive is whatever

That total so far is $373 so that leaves a little over $200 for a CPU and then a dedicated graphics card...I am starting to think an AM3+ build will be better for you @ $600. We might be able to clock down that Power Supply to 650W to save some money there so you can get a cheap AMD Quad Core and maybe squeeze a 2GB 7850 in there. Will save money on an AM3+ motherboard as well...I recommend AMD APU for cheaper builds than yours..$600 is starting to head into gamer/performance territory breh.

TBH, I don't think an aftermarket cooler is needed for your needs, but if that's what you want...that is a solid choice. I would save the $30 if I were you. If you DO decide to save the $30 then it might be worth to dump the APU architecture and go with a cheap AMD Quad and a lower end dedicated video card. The choice is yours

Why so much for a power supply?? I spent about what $50 on my PSU on my build and it's been running fine since.
