This is adjustable so you can put it higher or lower depending on how you want it. Since the leg is thin you can pull it closer to you while you sit in a computer chair and then you put your mouse and keyboard on the surface. It's wide enough to use my keyboard and mouse at the same time.

Lol breh I'm sitting in a computer chair now. I'm not on that mat anymore. The chair I'm on has arm support and back support.

Lol that's a stand. you just pull it up to you and adjust the height to your liking and place your kb/m on it. It basically is like a mini desk.
