I went ahead and took @Bboystyle and @Rev Leon Lonnie Love advice and decided to build my own pc and copped everything today.
PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XmPjJy

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor ($369.00 @ Best Buy)
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT 65.57 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($174.99 @ Best Buy)
Motherboard: *Asus TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard ($219.99 @ Best Buy)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL40 Memory ($124.99 @ Best Buy)
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($129.99 @ Best Buy)
Video Card: XFX Speedster MERC 310 Black Edition Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB Video Card ($969.99 @ Best Buy)
Case: Corsair iCUE 4000D RGB AIRFLOW ATX Mid Tower Case ($119.99 @ Best Buy)
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000x (2021) 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($169.99 @ Best Buy)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Home Retail - USB 64-bit ($139.99 @ Best Buy)
Total: $2418.92

Got everything from best buy because I've had good luck with buying electronics from there recently and I don't want to risk amazon fukking up the delivery for this expensive of an order.

Once everything is ready for pick up I'm gonna build it and hopefully I get everything working on the first try :myman:

Looks good but i'd seriously consider getting the same RAM but with CL30. The lower the CAS latency value, the better for RAM. See this: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory (CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K) - PCPartPicker

Cancelled my ssd after learning about Micrsoft DirectStorage. Looks like more research is in order.
