Dude. Just copped a rtx 3060 ti for $450 locally from facebook marketplace. Fhr card too. Its an hp oem version from a hp prebuilt. The graphics card was manufactured by msi.

I stand corrected. I was thinking about the windows os key which are tied to motherboards but apparently that is in the past and doesn't have that problem anymore.

I thought that too but the dude at Microcenter told me it's just the OEM versions that tie it to the motherboard
