$50 more gets to 011 Dynamic. Which is one of the best cases to get.
Has the same compatibility problem. I wouldn't be able to use the type-C USB port.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note:Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower Case has a front panel USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port, but the Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard does not have sufficient USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Gen 1 headers. The case USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port will not be usable.

I planned on buying all my parts at the same time but I stopped early this year to focus on other shyt.

So now I'm deciding again.

Corsair 275R Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case
Cooler Master MasterBox MB520 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case

Unless someone has a better option/opinion...

They both come with 3 fans...which I like.

Corsair doesn't have a PSU shroud. I haven't done a build in about 10 years and it looks like most newer cases have one.

I already got it:

Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard

Bought it earlier this year with my CPU and Memory:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

When the stock market crashed, I focused on buying cheap stocks. Now I'm getting back into the build.
Ahhhhhh... I ended up getting an X570 Tomahawk Mag a few weeks back fie my new workstation build.. Gonna wait for 4000 CPU. I've been using my home sever CPU for work atm.

You did. But luckily by waiting, I got nearly $500 off :wow:

fukk three monitor gaming. 21:9 at 34" is good enough :wow:

So do you still feel this way?

I just bought my first 34" ultrawide and I was thinking of putting my two 24' monitors on the side to get the triple monitor setup.

Upgraded my RAM to 12GB (DDR3) yesterday. (8GB + 4GB). Both are A-Tech but one is 1060 Mhz & the other is 1300 Mhz. I thought I'd get throttled down to 1060 Mhz but my system specs are reading as 1300 Mhz. :jbhmm:

Out of bored I thought about upgrading my CPU but after some quick research:
  1. It's nowhere near as easy as upgrading RAM lol
  2. My refurb desktop has an i7 2600 which is old AF but looking at some updated 2020 reviews, it still gets passing grades so the latest and greatest won't be a huge step up if I'm not a gamer.
  3. I think the memory upgrade (previously 8GB) might circumvent some of the lag I was seeing previously.

I'm probably at least a year away from pulling the trigger, but for my next device. I'm torn between getting a laptop + dock for portability or a new (or refurb) desktop for better bang for my buck. If anyone has any feedback on their decision making for the same process, let me know.

Got back into the PC game. Since Microsoft is basically trying to kill their consoles and turn into a gamingservice, there's no reason to own an Xbox anymore imo. Didn't know power supplies were on a premium. Nothing big with the build, just got a ryzen 5 3600 and a 2070

Got a curved 2k 27 inch monitor though, Kind of excited for that.
