Main question is the CPU power.. being able to screen record while using FL STUDIO/Cities Skylines is ESSENTIAL. What are good options for my budget CPU wise?

Try not to skimp on the CPu if you can help it. FL isn't as CPU efficient as something like reason, and as soon as you start loading VSTs and recording, you will start eating CPU. Same with video editing. Get as much RAM as you can afford, too. No less that 16GB, but I would aim for more.

You have to take ownership of the files so your administrator status applies, then you should be able to give yourself permission to look at anything on there.

Breh,

When you get the hang of it, you'll be like "How did I ever use a controller" I had trouble at first too but I found out my problem was DPI too high. Using my arm to control the mouse was easier than using my wrist
