Main question is the CPU power.. being able to screen record while using FL STUDIO/Cities Skylines is ESSENTIAL. What are good options for my budget CPU wise?
Try not to skimp on the CPu if you can help it. FL isn't as CPU efficient as something like reason, and as soon as you start loading VSTs and recording, you will start eating CPU.
