I just copped this monitor Micro Center - Computers and Electronics .
I haven't set it up yet(I'm actually still at work I just dropped by over there to pick it up).
I only tried a 165hz monitor that was on display(It was some Acer predator) for about 20 seconds and I was grinning from ear to ear.
that shyt was unbelievably smooth just from moving the fukking mouse. I immediately went into the NVCPL and confirmed it was indeed running at 165hz. I then bumped it down to 60hz for a few seconds and I could already tell it was laggy. I can't even imagine what it's like in game. Man when I get home with this thing

Hope you have a GPU that can take advantage of it though. Unless you’re just future-proofing for now.

Brehs, wtf is going on? This happened while playing AC:Origins. Temps are good (mid 70s) and no overclock. I heard AC:Origins fukks around with you CPU usage (hence the 100% all over the place), but all of the sudden I have 12 cores, 25 threads, and over 5.0ghz (and crazily, over 13 ghz on one core) 
What the fukk is going on? I'm assuming HW Monitor isn't compatible with my 7900x CPU (I guess...)
