Witcher 3 (obviously), its also good if you want to test your card. To be fair I'm getting away from running it on ultra with 55fps, and plenty of mods on a 4g card(R9380x).

the number of cores don't matter at 1440p, grab the R5 if you want to save money seeing you removed the 1080 TI from your cart

try a different cable, a different port, and a different TV/monitor. if the problem persists through all that, you probably need to return your 1060
