nevertheless don't just ask about random laptops with no context. most of them are fine for doing whatever. but if you want to game, or use certain programs, it's a different story

definitely get something with a SSD though

This evening I'm getting a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 touchscreen I-57, 256gb SSD, 15.6 screen. I start grad school later this month and my $200 laptop with not enough free hard drive wasn't going to cut it long term, probably means I'm going to hold on to my Nexus 6p longer instead of getting the note 8 or pixel 2
