the important things are:
-the "antialiasing compatibility" code (you can find them in that link)
-"antialiasing behavior" set to "none"
-"antialiasing mode" set to "override"
-"antialiasing setting" set to 2, 4, or 8x multisampling
-"antialiasing transparency supersampling" set to "sparse grid.." with the
same multiplier (2, 4, 8) used in the above multisampling
-"LOD Bias" is important and depends on the multiplier. use -1.0 for 4x, and -1.5 for 8x. not sure about 2x
those "anisotcropic filter" settings have nothing to do with this. but in general I like to use nvidia's over ingame
just remember that this is very performance heavy. so it's best in games where you have a lot of performance overhead
