Kinda thinking about updating my graphic card. Running the 750ti which has been excellent running most stuff at high settings 1080 no issue. But I gotta feeling that its time to step up a little bit without breaking the bank.

Right now I have intel i5, and 6GB ram for reference. i7 is too expensive so thats not happening and the 6GB ram seems to be good for now.

I was looking at this shyt MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC 4GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready ATX Video Card - Newegg.com

1050ti is a bigger number than 750 so i think its better right? :troll:

BUt yeah I aint that informed. I just know the 750ti has 2GB memory and this one has 4. Not looking to spend more than 150.

1050ti will be a good upgrade

you might want to think about upgrading that 6gb too. some modern games need more ram

Intel Core i9-7980XE 18 cores 36 threads

:damn:
fukking AMD was sweating out Ryzen for years and Intel just snapped their fingers.

They hit up the nerds working in some dark alley basement like...

"it's time for i9"

I expect nvidia to have some monster behind the scenes if AMD ever tries to step up with some high end card. Nvidia come out on stage release some super compact card that looks like it came from another planet and have a 50W TDP yet be strong enough to play games at 8K resolution. Some @Ciggavelli shyt.

goddamnit...intel is starting to piss me off. I want a new i9 chip, but I gotta get a new mobo too. Maybe I'll just skip it out. The i9s are complete overkill.

But damn, do I want one :mjcry:
