Edit: Just started watching Orville because of what y’all have been saying about it. I never watched it before because I thought it was going to be some extra goofy shyt but it’s a dope show. I’m on season 2 now. I’m trying to figure out why they kicked Alara off the show.

That’s probably the best answer we’ll ever get. I’m just a little curious what really happened behind the scenes since she didn’t want to leave. They had a whole episode based around her in the first season then three episodes into the second she’s gone. Just seems off to me but fukk it.
