who in the mainstream gaming media likes games with minimal gameplay that prioritize cinematic over all else?

I look at it like that. If all you care about is story and cinematic in a game then something like Super Mario isn't gonna cut it for you. This is the opposite of that.

Cinematic games are very much liked in the industry.

If all you care about is story and cinematics then The Order still isn't very good.

Yeah chapter 3 near the end going towards chapter IV seemed to be where I started to like it. Chp.IV graphics was , detail was just

I'm at chapter 8 of 16 so at the half way point. Very much enjoying the playthrough but I would personally not recommend buying this game. It's entertaining to play once but this is very much a disposable game. Once you complete this once there's clearly no reason to ever touch it again.

Pretty much. It's entertaining and absolutely jaw dropping but due to the lack of content, lack of replayability and whatnot, it's just not worth it's entry price imo. I'd still recommend playing it at least though simply for the visuals and kind of good gunplay. Rent or buy and sell if you can.

this game is the best looking game I've ever played period. The combination of the art and detail to the world makes it simply unrivaled. I seriously am baffled as to how they got the game to look CG. Visual benchmark has been set. I honestly expect equal or better visuals from Uncharted 4, anything else will not be tolerated.
