Honestly, I'd call an audible and have Brock retain. You can still make Drew look good by having him so close to a win that Brock is the one who has to do a lowblow to get DQ'ed/win in a shady way.

The crowd won't magically return the next night. Might as well let Brock keep the belt until this lockdown shyt is over with and then lord willing if things are back to normal by August, you let Drew have his moment at Summerslam.
