and finally answered the question of is she on a loop or not. ford wanted her to leave and she's been off her loop ever since

that's all he ever wanted. then he saw what delos and them was really doing with the plans to clone people, or at the least, harvest their dna/consciousness, and throw him out on top of it.

he doesn't start to make up the plan until season 1. him adding the reveries in the first episode is what started his plan. by the time maeve wakes up, he directly is the one responsible and parts of season 1, you see him planning out the end of season 1.

no we all just guessed.. even the people behind westworld were saying it was supposed to be a reveal. but there has been back and forth

the asian tech told her everything she was doing was programmed by "Arnold" (Ford). Her waking up, her controlling hosts, her wanting to break out, her building a team... then he says "and then you get to the train and.................." and she cuts him off


so up until this point, we had no idea if Ford programmed her to leave or stay.

Seems ridiculous to get on the train then get back up and leave though. I always assumed when she decided to go back for her daughter that was when she finally was able to make her own choices but I guess I can see it being open ended

I was trying to think of why she might be a host because it sucks that they only introduced her this season to have her meet her end like that.

We don't see the result of her scan but MiB's actions afterwards confirms she was a human.

Man when Ghost Nation let him go and Emily said she'd make him suffer far worse then they could, I don't think she meant it like that

Only reason I can think of that she'd be a host is how she found William with pinpoint accuracy over the WHOLE of Westworld.

only way she'd know how to do that is if Ford was guiding her via watching through other Hosts (Lawrence, random host goons)
