Nah, he's saying that is Arnold standing with Ford. When we 1st saw this pic I think the majority of the audience thought that was Ford and Arnold until ep 5 when we met Ford's robot family and saw that was his dad.

I try not to figure stuff out in advance and watch how things play out so that may be why. I figured it was pretty much a done deal that Bernard was a host a couple episodes ago but when it was actually revealed I didn't expect to be so saddened by it. Can't wait till Bernard starts to rebel like Maeve is doing.
And Anthony Hopkins does casual malevolence so damn well. He was legit frightening in those scenes with Bernard and Theresa where he so blithely ordered Theresa's death like it was nothing to him.
And I guess this means Elsie is more than likely dead.

Actually I think this makes it more likely that Elsie is alive because she was investigating the corporate espionage so she probably got picked up by the folks who are involved in that.
