I know that.

What im saying is 30 plus years later after Dolores kills Arnold...no one in the present day realized that their boss looks exactly like the Co founder of the park?
They have mentioned a lot of about staff rotations, and it's been 35-40 years since Ford and Arnold were putting the park together. No one working at Westworld now was around when Ford and Arnold where there together, and it's likely that Ford just fired everyone and brought on a new staff once he put Bernard online. There are several plausible explanations for why nobody knows that Bernard is based off of Arnold.

The only existing physical evidence of Arnold is in Ford's photo.

Plus as mentioned in episode 1 (and others), many employees aren't even aware of how long Bernard has worked there.

They've hinted (subtly and not subtly) that it's not really the place where people work for long periods of time.

So wyatt is delores?

Teddy remember's escondido as him an wyatt going ham for whatever reason while killing a bunch of army folks and a general in the process.

But we learn those memories were fake and overwritten to show soldiers he was killing that were really townfolks. So maybe the General Wyatt killed in his flashback was really Arnold and Wyatt was really delores.

Teddy remember's his actions in escondido as sort of automatic...He was just going along with what Wyatt said. It's probably how he remembers acting in his robot trance they get on when given orders by humans

Wyatts immortals are other decommissioned hosts lead by Delores that ignore their programming to "die" when mortally wounded. ...Teddy only feels strongly about two charaters in Westword, Delores and Wyatt.

And she had a flashback of herself in Escondido as well
:ohhh:
Damn I think you got it. Remember when Ford told Teddy about his new back story he said "like all good back stories, it's rooted in truth."
