Tory's adamant that he didn't shoot but doesn't say who did.
Tory and the other girl have gsr on them but still not definitive shooter.
It doesn't make sense for Tory to shoot at Meg when it was essentially a girl fight and no one was attacking him.

this really seems like a no contest I really don’t see how you can convict anyone on something so shoddy everyone is lying and who knows what the truth is but so far Meg and the prosecution have to get on the same page because right now it seems like they’re not.
