No, the prosecution rebuttal came from this morning and the defense story was yesterday. Are they supposed to repost everything every day?

I don't see how anyone can put him in jail based on the facts of the case. To many witness lied, the one indpendent witness said he saw both Kelsy and Tory shoot the gun and contradicted himself. I am suprised his statement about shooting in the air wasn't explored further. If I am the defense I want him saying its strait up in the air and want him to say it was not at Meg. But then that statement puts the gun in Tory's hands and then there is a possion issue. So I can see why he didn't persue that line of questioning. The police were very lax in their investigation and probably should have done more. The DA was really unprepared. All in All based on the information presented, there is no way I could put anyone in jail over this. I honestly think they would have had a better case against Kelsey, but they wanted to go after a black man.
