Didn’t one witness say he was trying to wrestle a gun out of Kelsey’s hand? How is the jury supposed to know it was him that fired the shots. If it were wouldn’t the gun be conclusive for his prints and dna.

There might be enough doubt there to be his saving grace.

That's why I said he probably won't be found guilty of the assault. Both him and that Kelsey broad have GSR on they hands, the only witness who isn't biased has said he saw BOTH Kelsey and Tory shooting at Meg. Kelsey also renegged on her sworn declaration as well and said it was all lies. I'm sorry prosecution has to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT he did it and I'm sorry there is no way they can definitively prove he did it.

Just because Meg said he shot her doesn't automatically mean he is the shooter, if that was the case there wouldn't have needed to be a trial in the first place they would have taken Meg's word for it and locked Tory up.

Once the facts came out everyone still used that against her. Megan explained why she lied to the cops at first though. But yeah Megan is dumb for that shyt.

This is from Ak - but he said they offered Tory the deal of taking the negligence charge + only doing a year and a day in jail. He refused because he wouldve still been deported because that's a felony. Said only a misdemeanor is the only thing that wouldve allowed Tory to stay in the states.

So the prosecutor just tacked the charge on right before trial.

They tacked that charge on last minute because they are going to find him guilty of something bruh. That's how the legal system work bruh, if you gotta go to trial they gonna find something anything to pin on you. These DA's and Prosecutors and judges as well are all trying to come up in their political aspirations and will use anything they can to get clout to move up. It's a dirty game.
