look at how you duck the accountability for your fellow women. that shyt is clockwork. do better. :russ:
Your first error was assuming that this only applies one way, this applies to everyone and everything regardless of gender and species.

What is there to take accountability for when someone asks why someone else is comfortable with their character flaws in relation to relationships with the opposite sex?

What other answer is it outside of bc they still get rewarded by the opposite sex for being trash? Why would someone or something trash change to benefit someone else when they’re being rewarded regardless?

This answer should be common sense

Each side gets a general idea of what the other sides witness is gonna say. Tory’s team probably figured it was worth it to basically cop to the lesser plea to raise doubt about the assault charge, cause getting that witness on the stand was the only way he had any chance of getting out of this. Otherwise he had no argument, cause remember Kelsey was expected to go in and repeat her previous interview. Kelsey was the wildcard that kinda helped him. We will see how much the Jury believes megs story i guess.

But that wouldnt make sense. If hes found guilty of any of the charges, he is subject to jail time and deportation.

That's sorta what EJ's testimony shed a lil light on. He said he packed megs bags and Kelsey packed her own bags. Said he only put regular defense stuff like mace in Megs bag.
When they left for the party all the bags were in the trunk.

Police pics show a lv bag and another bag were up there with Tory/Kelsey. So the question is how it got up there with them?
Kelly, the witness from yesterday also said he saw one of the females go into the car and then saw a muzzle flash/heard a firework.

My thinking is the gun was Kelsey's.
He said that he has seen something that looks like a gun before in Megan’s bag but he does not recall if he saw one that night. That could’ve been anyone’s gun. It was found with Megan’s things though. What they should’ve did was check who has a license to carry and has registered guns. Bc if Megan doesn’t and ej saw her with a gun before…

Im speaking more to the fact of you saying it's dumb for them to call that witness like the negligence charge was part of the thing for the whole time.
It's obvious that was the defense's star witness that they vetted months ago and at that time him saying he saw Tory shooting didnt matter because they didnt have to worry about that charge.

A report says that charge was just added right before the trial.

Dude literally had no defense.

Two people in the car IDd him as the shooter. This would have easily been an open and shut case without all the drunk ghetto shyt confusing things all over the place :mjlol:

Yeah but the defense knew of the charges and still had to roll with the only thing that could even begin to help tory.

I wonder if they even offered him a deal and what it was, cause this was a very risky for Tory to take on

Alotta yall don't understand what bias is. Bias is not just someone who believes one person over the other. Bias reporting is when someone misrepresents or leaves out the facts of the case to support one way or another. The only ones who are truly bias are the ones doing things like that.
I disagree. If you read her actual articles those include BOTH sides of the arguments from the prosecutors and defense.

Twitter is weird because they are all sort of including their opinions or feelings which is weird. I always was told to remain objective and impartial back when I used to work for the media. It’s different nowadays. Everyone has an opinion or has to “create content” so it’s all muddled.

They’re all slightly to majorly bias though.

This is from Ak - but he said they offered Tory the deal of taking the negligence charge + only doing a year and a day in jail. He refused because he wouldve still been deported because that's a felony. Said only a misdemeanor is the only thing that wouldve allowed Tory to stay in the states.

So the prosecutor just tacked the charge on right before trial.

Like I said. If u aren't misrepresenting the information or the facts of the case. I could care less who u believe more. Bias reporting is misrepresenting the information. Everyone has opinions. Now if u are making official reports or articles in a magazine or something u gotta leave ur opinions out of it. U also should report BOTH sides. Not just the one that fits ur narrative. Other than that. U can give ur take on who u feel is truthful or winning the case.
