Because she already agreed to testify based on her September testimony which pinned Tory Lanez as the shooter, but after she got immunity, she basically disregarded and said all of that was a lie due to pressure from the DAs office.

Basically she could’ve possibly committed a (minor) crime but her testimony is valuable enough to help them convict someone who committed a more heinous crime. So in exchange for her testimony they offer immunity from prosecution.
